How do I make a reservation for Lake Superior Provincial Park? |

There are 2 ways to make a reservation; on-line at www.ontarioparks.com or by calling 1-888-668-7275 or 1-416-800-0676 outside North America, daily 7:00 am to 9:00 pm, EST. Do I need to make a reservation for an interior campsite? |

Interior campsites cannot be reserved. They are on a first-come first-served basis. |

Can I make a reservation for a campsite at Crescent Lake? |
| A. |
No. The campsites at Crescent Lake cannot be reserved. |

Can I bring cans and bottles when camping in the interior of the park? |
| A. |
No. A can and bottle ban is in effect for all interior users. Containers and eating utensils designed for repeated use and for which no deposit is charged and burnable containers or containers designed for dehydrated foods are permissible. |

Where can I purchase a Lake Superior Provincial Park map or other publication? |

All priced publications can be purchased in the park at the Visitor Centre, Park Office and gatehouses. You can also purchase publications by calling the Visitor Centre at (705) 882-2026 (open May to October) or the Park Office at (705) 856-2284 (open year round). |

Can I use live minnows while fishing in the park? |

No. Live baitfish may not be used as bait or possessed for use as bait anywhere in the park (including campgrounds and day-use areas). Refer to the 2010 – 2011 Recreational Fishing Regulations Summary for details. |

Can I use worms while fishing in the park? |

Yes. Worms can be used as bait. |

Can I bring my dog while camping in the park? |
| A. |
Yes. Pets, including dogs, are allowed in the park. There are rules regarding pets in provincial parks:
- pets must be on a leash not exceeding 2 metres (6 feet)
- pets are not allowed in public swimming areas on any beach
- please clean up after your pet as a courtesy to others

Are there services nearby? |

The town of Wawa, (90 kms north of the Agawa Bay campground; 30 kms north of the Rabbit Blanket Lake campground) offers a full range of services, including grocery store, dining, accommodations and hospital. Montreal River Harbour, 19 kms south of Agawa Bay, offers basic services (gas, basic groceries). |

Are there outfitters in the area? |

Naturally Superior Adventures (1-800-203-9092), located 8 kms southwest of Wawa, offers canoe and kayak rentals, paddling lessons, guided trips and accommodations. |

Can I use my mountain bike or ATV on the park’s hiking trails? |

No. The use of mountain bikes, bicycles and all motorized vehicles on the trails is prohibited. |

Is there a Tim Horton’s in the park? |

Not yet! There is a Tim Hortons in Wawa, just north of the park, and in Sault Ste. Marie, south of the park. |
